As a Devon Hotel Restaurant Supervisor you will be responsible for assisting the restaurant Manger in delivering an exceptional customer experience within Carriages restaurant.
Key duties will be taking both food and drink orders.
You will meet, greet and build rapport with Hotel guests and the general public.
You will work closely with the existing management team to ensure guest satisfaction at all times.
You will be able to train and motivate team members to ensure continued high standards.

The right candidate
Supervisory experience is not necessary as full training will be given, however you will have a minimum 1 year restaurant experience. A passion for customer service and a warm and welcoming manner are a must as is the ability to engage with guests and ensure they feel valued.
You will be a vital member of our team and will need to be able to demonstrate a positive attitude and continued reliability.
Various hours available, but evenings and weekends are a must.
