Covid-19 Cancellation Policy

Reassurance for you.

We appreciate booking a holiday during the current climate is not an easy task so that's why we have reviewed our cancellation policy to give you complete peace of mind. 

Covering all bookings from the 4th July 2020*

We do not require a deposit on booking however a debit/credit card will be taken to secure your booking. 

Any cancellations made within 24 hours of arrival, full charges will apply. 

However should your cancellation be as a result of Covid-19 or any government restrictions the deposit can be transferred to an alternative date or refunded if preferred. 

The cancellations linked to Covid-19 include: 

  • Being requested to self isolate (proof required) 
  • Displaying symptoms 
  • Restrictions in travel 
  • Hotel closure 
  • Localised lockdowns
