If you find and advise The Devon Hotel of a lower publicly available room rate carrying the same rate conditions, for the same room type and bed type, and for the same dates and number of guests, prior to, or within 2 hours of making a reservation, we will make your reservation for you honouring the competing rate.
The following do not qualify:
- Opaque or auction sites where the hotel brand and/or the specific hotel is not known until the booking is finalised
- Group rates (10 rooms and above)
- Corporate rates
- Wholesale rates
- Travel Agent rates (commissionable rates)
- Rates that are part of a package
- Any rates requiring membership in a club or programme or other organisation where the rates are targeted toward a specific group of individuals and not intended for the general public
- Limited time and exclusive promotions
The lower rate must be in the same currency.
Rooms on the other website must be bookable at the time of verification.
The Devon Hotel reserve the right to deny a claim where the rate displayed on the competing website has more restrictive rate conditions than on our website.
The Best Price Guarantee does not apply to existing reservations booked through a competing room provider.
The Devon Hotel reserves the right to deny a claim if it cannot verify the availability of the competitor rate at the time it processes the claim.
If the claim is unsuccessful as it is not in accordance with our best price guarantee terms and conditions, our terms and conditions of booking, including the cancellation policy are still applicable.
The Devon Hotel reserves the right to amend, revise, supplement, suspend or discontinue the Best Price Guarantee at any time in its sole discretion and without prior notice.
